Miami-Dade Cop, Ex-Wife Arrested in Insurance Fraud Scheme

Lt. Alexander Diaz de Villegas, 45, and 30-year-old Barbara Gonzalez, were arrested on charges including organized scheme to defraud, insurance fraud, and grand theft, according to an arrest warrant.
