Miami-Dade Police spokesman Alvaro Zabaleta is retiring after 26 years

Detective Alvaro Zabaleta is saying goodbye to the Miami-Dade Police Department after 26 years. Zabaleta served as the public information officer of the department for 19 years and spoke at countless scenes informing the community about each case.
