More Charges for Man Accused of Teen Sex Battery

A Miramar man accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a teen girl then posting video of the encounter on social media is facing more charges after a second alleged victim came forward, police said. Jorge Martinez, 18, was arrested last month on several charges including sexual battery of a minor and obscene communication, and now faces charges of committing a lewd and lascivious act on a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to a new arrest report.
