Mother Charged With Torture in 3-Year-Old Son's Death to Appear in Court

A mother has been charged with torture and aggravated child abuse following the death of her 3-year-old son Tuesday, North Miami Police said Tuesday night. Fafane Caze, 2, was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday. NBC 6’s Christina Hernandez has the story.
