No Bond For Woman in Miami Abduction, Man Charged Released on Bond

The woman facing kidnapping charges in the abduction of three children in Miami made her first court appearance Tuesday where she was ordered held without bond. Velan Verdier is ordered held without bond while Anthony Milhomme is released on bond. Parents Elsina and Tony Milhomme, a niece who didn’t want to be identified, Isiah Paul and family friend Rene Augustine comment.
