North Miami Mother Says Son Ran Away Because of Bullying

A North Miami teen who ran away from home on Saturday was found safe in Miami Tuesday, authorities said. Carlos Armstrong, 13, was back home Tuesday night after spending three nights alone on the streets of Miami. Mother Rebecca Castillo says he ran away because of bullying.
