Police Arrest 2nd Suspect in Motel 7 Murder

Police have identified and arrested the second suspect involved in a Motel 7 shooting in North Miami. Terry Allen Nealy, 22, along with Anthawn Ragan, 19, were involved in the Nov. 1 murder of Luis Perez at the motel located at 13445 NW 7th Ave, North Miami Police said Sunday.
