Scottish Soldier Found Dead in Miami May Be Victim of Hit and Run

The Scottish soldier who was found dead near a busy Miami intersection after attending the Ultra Music Festival may have been the victim of a hit and run, police said Friday. Just after dawn last Sunday, 22-year-old Shaun Cole was found dead on the sidewalk at Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast 81st Street.
