‘He Was Wrongfully Targeted': Killers of Innocent Man Murdered in Revenge Plot Still at Large

When Frederick Ferguson Jr. was ambushed and shot multiple times outside of the Cutler Manor Apartments, police had determined he was wrongfully targeted for another homicide he did not commit. More than 10 years later, police have not found his killers.
