South Florida Caretakers Accused of Restraining Woman With Duct Tape

Two caretakers at a South Florida assisted living facility were arrested after they used duct tape to restrain a woman in their care to a chair and to tape her mouth shut, authorities said. Lashron Williams, 52, and Phygelle Brudent, 44, were arrested Thursday on charges of elderly abuse and false imprisonment, according to Boynton Beach Police.
