Teen Charged As Adult in Death of HS Football Star

A 16-year-old accused of fatally shooting a 17-year-old high school football star in Miami Gardens last month is being charged as an adult. Jatwan Phillips appeared in court Wednesday, where he was charged as an adult with aggravated manslaughter in the May 21 killing of Joshua Ancrum.
