Teen Charged in Rabbi's Murder Seeking Release on Bond

The teen accused of murdering a rabbi during a robbery in North Miami Beach was back in court Friday for a bond hearing. A witness to the shooting death of Rabbi Joseph Raksin stood up in court and pointed to DeAndre Charles as the person who ran away from the scene of the murder.
