Tesla Was Traveling 116 MPH Before Fiery Crash: NTSB

Federal investigators say a Tesla that crashed and burned in Fort Lauderdale was traveling 116 miles per hour three seconds before impact. Edgar Monserratt and driver Barrett Riley, both 18, were killed in the crash.
