Thief Shows ‘Bad Humor' Toward Camera While Stealing Ice Cream

A man is under arrest for stealing a Good Humor ice cream cooler from an Oakland Park gas station. And he showed some ‘bad humor’ by shooting the middle finger at a surveillance camera right before taking off with it.
