Window-Smashing Intruder May Have Been on Flakka: Martin County Sheriff

A Florida sheriff says a 19-year-old man who attacked a woman and her adult son after smashing through the front window said that he was on the powerful street drug flakka. Martin County Sheriff William Snyder said Monday that Niko Gallo told the victim he had taken flakka and LSD before the Sunday morning attack.
