Woman Arrested in Carjacking, Kidnapping: FHP

A South Florida woman is facing charges following a wild sequence of events that included a drunken crash, a carjacking and kidnapping, and two other crashes that left another driver critically injured early Wednesday morning, authorities said. The incident began around 1:30 a.m. when the woman, identified as 31-year-old Alexis Facey, crashed her Lexus sedan into a ditch in the area of Ives Dairy Road and Interstate 95, Florida Highway Patrol officials said.
