Man Pleads Guilty in Murder of Miami Subs Founder

A defense attorney says a South Florida man has pleaded guilty to playing a role in the 2001 slaying of Miami Subs founder Konstantinos "Gus'' Boulis.
 
Attorney H. Dohn Williams said Thursday that James Fiorillo also agreed to testify against two other men accused in the fatal shooting. Fiorillo pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.
 
Williams says a plea deal with prosecutors includes a six-year prison sentence for Fiorillo. Since he's already been jailed longer than that Fiorillo won't serve additional time. Fiorillo is currently in protective custody.
 
Boulis was slain in his car on a Fort Lauderdale street. Also accused in the killing are Anthony ``Big Tony'' Moscatiello and Anthony ``Little Tony'' Ferrari. Both have pleaded not guilty. A trial date has not been set.
