Two people ran from a burning car after it plowed into a pole outside a home in North Miami Friday.
Minutes before the crash, police officers were attempting pull over the car, but the driver did not stop.
The car sped away without officers chasing it.
Moments later, police responded to a crash involving the car outside a home on Northeast 147th Street and Spur Drive.
The black sedan slammed into a light pole outside of the home and burst into flames on the front yard.
The occupants of the car ran away on foot, police said.
