Colombia vs. Haiti Soccer Match Comes to Marlins Park

Soccer fans get ready! The excitement of international soccer returns to South Florida May 29 when the Haitian and Colombian national soccer clubs square off in South Florida at Marlins Park.

As the Colombian national team continues its quest to qualify for the 2018 World Cup and just months before the Copa America Centenario kicks off in the United States, organizers at Cardenas Marketing Network's sports division are excited to bring this exciting soccer clash to South Florida soccer fans.

"We know that in Miami the soccer communities of both Haiti and Colombia are enormous and we are delighted to be able to bring them this exciting match," said Henry Cardenas, president and CEO of Cardenas Marketing Network (CMN).

The friendly clash will mark the fifth meeting between Colombia and Haiti; in their last game in February 2009, the Colombian National team walked away with a 2-0 victory against the Haitian team.

For this match fans can expect the best players from each soccer club, including Real Madrid's James Rodriguez, Juan Cuadrado, Carlos Bacca and David Ospina. While the Hatian team will have their best like Mechack Jerome, Johny Placide, Jeff Louis, Donald Guerrier and Kervens Fils Belfort.
