The Miss USA pageant is coming to Doral for the next three years, Donald Trump has announced.
Trump announced Sunday, after the 2013 Miss USA pageant in Las Vegas, that he would be moving the contest to his Trump Doral Golf Resort and Spa for a three-year run beginning next year.
Miss Connecticut Erin Brady won the Miss USA contest at the Planet Hollywood hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip Sunday night. It aired on NBC.
Brady, a finance major at Central Connecticut State University, will represent the U.S. at the Miss Universe pageant – which Trump said will be held in Moscow on Nov. 9. That competition was held in Brazil in 2011 and in Las Vegas in 2012.
The Miss Universe Organization is a joint venture of Trump and NBCUniversal, which is the parent company of this site.
