Authorities are investigating after the body of a man was found near the railroad tracks in Jacksonville.
The Florida Times-Union reports the operator of a passing CSX train reported seeing the body while passing the residential and industrial area on Thursday afternoon.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating.
Sgt. Chuck Ford says police are treating the death as a homicide because there are ``some suspicious injuries.''
No further details were immediately available.
