A dramatic police takedown on a Florida highway of three men allegedly plotting to rob an armored truck and kill the drivers was captured on camera.

The Martin County Sheriff’s Office released helicopter video of the morning stop on February 20th along a stretch of I-95 during the morning rush hour. Deputies from Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties were also involved as were agents from the FBI.

According to investigators, the men arrested were accused of a two year plot to steal millions from armored trucks in the area. The men, identified as Daryl Canady, Alger Ellison and Martiavius Williams, were planning to commit one robbery at a Port St. Lucie bank and were plotting to rob other unidentified bank.

All three men remain in federal custody.
