A pursuit of an armed carjacking suspect led to a violent crash that sent four people, including a Miami-Dade Police officer, to the hospital Monday afternoon, officials said.

The crash happened after 4 p.m. at Northwest 25th Avenue and 62nd Street.

It all began when a black Nissan was stolen from a driver at gunpoint Monday morning.

"Some guy just came out and they told me to get on the floor, don’t even look, or they would shoot or kill me," said the driver, who didn't want to be identified.

Police later located the stolen vehicle and a chase ensued, officials said. During the chase, a suspect pointed a long rifle at officers.

The Nissan eventually crashed into a Miami-Dade Police cruiser. Aerial footage showed the crushed cruiser and the Nissan flipped on its side. Cellphone video showed two officers carrying the cop in the crashed car to safety.

The three people inside the Nissan were hospitalized with serious injuries but were in stable condition, police said. They were also in police custody.

The Miami-Dade officer is "OK," according to the department. He suffered injuries to the head.

Investigators recovered a long rifle at the scene.

Also during the chase, a marked police cruiser and an unmarked one also crashed into each other while pursuing the suspect — police said those officers were OK.

The suspects were later identified as 19-year-old Walter Isaiah Carter, 20-year-old Ryan Wright, and a 17-year-old. Carter is charged with aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, while Wright is charged with trespassing, arrest reports said.

The 17-year-old is charged with grand theft of a vehicle, fleeing and eluding and driving without a valid license.
