Engineer Hopes to Start Investigation at Condo Collapse Site

A forensic engineer hired by the town of Surfside may soon be able to start his investigation. It’s an investigation he hopes will get to the bottom of what caused the condo collapse. NBC 6’s Ryan Nelson reports
