A second man was arrested and charged after the raid of a Doral strip club uncovered teenage patrons consuming drugs and alcohol, also resulting in the arrest of the parent of one of those teens.

Police arrested 26-year-old Yadier Pena-Gonzalez Wednesday night. He's been charged with child neglect and delivering a controlled substance to a child. It is not known whether Pena-Gonzalez has hired an attorney.

An investigation into allegations of underage patrons hanging out at the Pink Pony strip club on Northwest 33rd Street in Doral led to a raid and the arrest of 59-year-old Jose Manuel Arguelles last Wednesday.

Arguelles is accused of taking his own 16-year-old daughter and another girl to the club, and providing them with alcohol and cocaine, police said. He was charged with child neglect, promoting sexual performance by a child and delivering a controlled substance to a child.

According to the arrest report, the girl's mother saw inappropriate cell phone photos and video of the daughter and her friend in the club "drinking alcohol and snorting cocaine."

The daughter told police her father often brought them there. The 17-year-old victim told police she witnessed Arguelles give the daughter alcohol, cocaine and marijuana, the report said.

Sources told NBC 6 that Pena-Gonzalez was seen in the video using drugs and partying with the underage girls.

Attorneys for the city and the Pink Pony came to an agreement during a hearing on Thursday. The club will be closed for 45 days. They will pay a $3,500 fine and seven employees were fired.

They will reevaluate the issue again at the end of the 45 days.
