Prosecutors have charged the nephew of Cleveland kidnapper Ariel Castro with 22 counts related to child pornography, NBC News reported. Jeremi J. Alicea, 28, of Bedford, Ohio, is accused of of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and faces one count of possessing a criminal tool in the form of a laptop computer, prosecutors said. Alicea's alleged crimes took place on Sept. 17, 2013, and Oct. 8, 2013. Ariel Castro pleaded guilty to kidnapping and raping three women over a decade then hanged himself in prison last year.
