Hours after Ocean Drive was ordered to reopen to two-way traffic, an appeals court granted the city of Miami Beach’s emergency motion to keep the barriers in place.

City crews are bringing down a barrier to restore Ocean Drive to two-way traffic. NBC6’s Julia Bagg reports.
