A view of Joan Cusack's former Victoria-style mansion in Chicago.

A six-bedroom, Victorian-style mansion in the Graceland West neighborhood on the North Side of Chicago that was once owned by Joan Cusack recently sold for $3.805 million, reports the Chicago Tribune. Cusack bought the home for $905,000 in 1998 with her husband, and sold it for $4.66 million in 2007.

The mansion was built for early Chicago settler Conrad Sulzer, who came to Chicago in 1837, and was one of the old Lake View Township's pioneers. The mansion was donated to Trinity College in 1950, and was featured in House Beautiful magazine in 2006, when Cusack owned it.
Designed by the architectural firm Holabird & Roche, the mansion sits on a .42-acre lot. It boasts six baths, three fireplaces, wraparound porches, a media room, a gym, Waterworks limestone baths, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and an in-ground trampoline.
The latest seller bought the home from Cusack in two transactions, paying $2.84 million for the home and $965,000 for an adjoining parcel that amassed to six city lots. They took an $855,000 loss.
