More than 100 Orlando intersections are without power and traffic signals are not working after a severe thunderstorm swept through the area.

Orlando Police said downed branches and tree limbs are causing additional traffic jams. Police were directing traffic at most major intersections Sunday, but urged residents to stay off the roads if possible.

Sunday's storm brought torrential rain, hail and heavy winds across central Florida.
