Florida Highway Patrol To Crack Down On Aggressive Drivers
The Florida Highway Patrol is cracking down on aggressive driving on state roads. From March 30 to April 4, FHP plan to keep an extra watchful eye on how South Florida drivers share the roads with commercial vehicles like 18 wheelers and will ticket drivers who follow too closely, make unsafe lane changes or speed. "Safety on Florida's roadways is a cooperative effort between cars and trucks alike," said FTA President and CEO Mary Lou Rajchel. "As an industry, safety is at the top of our minds -- above all else."
