A woman's body has been found at a Miami recycling plant, authorities said Tuesday. Maj. Garry Jeanniton with the Miami-Dade Police said the body was described as that of a white female.
Police have identified the woman whose body was found at a Miami recycling plant last month.
The body of 31-year-old Jennifer Martinez was found around 8 a.m. on Sept. 25 at the Southeastern Recycling plant at 3401 Northwest 110th Street, Miami-Dade Police said Tuesday.
Sources told NBC 6 that the partially-clothed body was found by plant workers on a conveyor belt in a black, plastic bag.
Police haven't said how the woman may have died. Last month, police said there was no indication the woman was an employee of the facility.
No other information was available for release, police said.
Anyone with info is asked to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
