Police are investigating after a man and woman were shot at what's believed to be a football watch party in northwest Miami-Dade Sunday night.
The shooting happened in the area of Northwest 103rd Street and 11th Avenue. The couple was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital where their conditions were unknown.
Witnesses said a group of people were watching football at a home when a car pulled up and someone opened fire. Some witnesses said they heard at least six gunshots.
The man was shot in the chest and the bullet went through him, witnesses said.
"Apparently, the bullet went all the way through him," friend Duke Pitman said.
Police haven't given a description of the suspect or suspects. No other information was immediately known.
