The circus isn't in town, but it sure looked that way Friday when three workers were left dangling high above the ground outside a downtown high rise.
The Miami Fire Rescue successfully rescued the three men, who were trapped on a scaffold more than 120 feet above the ground on the 9000 block of Biscayne Boulevard.
The workers, who are employed by TJ Tech Data, were attempting to take down a banner from the building when one of the men lost his footing and ended up hanging by his harness, officials.
One of the man's co-workers was rescued by a firefighter with a rope and the other was taken down by a bucket.
It took a little extra effort to get the third worker's feet safely on the ground. While initial attempts proved unsuccessful, firefighters eventually managed to get him down without incident.
