Police are investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred Sunday at a Hialeah apartment complex where a landlord was allegedly killed following an argument with a tenant.
Officers arrived at the complex located off West 76th Street, where officials say they found the landlord suffering from a stab wound. The victim was later airlifted to Ryder Trauma Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The alleged stabber, described by Hialeah Police as a man in his 90s, was transported for questioning before being hospitalized after telling investigators he felt ill.
Officials have not released the identity of either man or information on their investigation of what led to the stabbing taking place.
