The Miami Marlins unveiled the 2017 All-Star Game logo on Wednesday at Marlins Park.
The logo incorporates the color scheme of the Marlins as well as the team's logo. As is the tradition with All-Star Game logos, the location will be very evident to all at first glance.
MLB changed its official Twitter account on Wednesday to reflect the official start of the countdown to the next Midsummer Classic.

In town for the big moment was Major League Baseball commissioner Rob Manfred. In 2015, Manfred stopped by Marlins Park to announce the game had been awarded to Miami. This will be the first MLB All-Star Game ever hosted by the city of Miami. The game is just part of an entire week of festivities known as All-Star Week.
"Not just a game, it is a week long celebration of the game of baseball", said Manfred at the unveiling.

Also in attendance for the logo reveal were owner Jeffrey Loria, president David Samson and Mr. Marlin Jeff Conine.
The 2017 All-Star Game will take place on July 11, 2017. The ballpark will also be home to other All-Star events such as the Home Run Derby and the Futures Game.
Following the unveiling, the Marlins took the field for a series finale against the Philadelphia Phillies.
