Police are investigating the tragic death of a three-year-old boy who was found lifeless at the bottom of a pool in Miami.

Police are investigating the tragic death of a three-year-old boy who was found lifeless at the bottom of a pool in Miami.

According to a Miami-Dade Police report, the young boy was found by a pool maintenance worker at the home on the 15000 block of SW 152nd Pl. yesterday just before noon.

The worker noticed clothing at the bottom of the pool and alerted the homeowner. According to the report an unidentified man jumped into the pool and brought the boy to the surface.

The toddler was airlifted to Miami Children's Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The official cause of death is still unknown.
