A man with a big appetite for stealing steaks is caught on camera at a Publix in Weston. Broward Sheriff's Office released surveillance video Friday of the meat thief in hopes of tracking him down.
On Feb. 5, the man is seen walking into the grocery store, grabbing a cart and heading to the meat department. Detectives said the crook picked out skirt steaks and tenderloins, bagged them and walked out of the store non-nonchalantly.
BSO said the man stole about $151 worth of red meat.
Police said the man is know to steal meat from several Publix grocery stores. The suspect is described as having a short salt and pepper haircut.
