Serial Peeping Tom Busted Again: Cops

Coral Spring voyeur arrested, left dogs at scene of crime: Police

The Coral Springs peeping tom who got his clock cleaned when he took a peek inside a firefighter's home last year was arrested on voyeurism charges yet again, police said.

Kenneth Isaac Parkerson, 30, is also facing burglary charges and was being held on $100,000 bond Tuesday, according to jail records.

Parkerson was arrested late Friday after a woman saw him watching her from her backyard in the 100 block of Southwest 89th Way as she was about to take a shower, according to a Coral Springs Police report.

The woman's husband grabbed Parkerson as he tried to climb a privacy wall and Parkerson "was screaming don't hurt me or my dogs," the report said.

Parkerson was able to get away but left two small dogs behind, the report said. When officers arrived, they found the dogs, which had dog collars with the owner's -- Parkerson's -- information.

Police say Parkerson's father, Kenneth Parkerson Sr., arrived at the home and told officers he'd received a call from his son that someone at the home had taken his dogs.

Parkerson was on pre-trial release and required to wear an ankle monitor, but the ankle monitor was cut off and found in his car in Margate, the report said.

It's just the latest arrest for the man who police say is a serial peeper. Parkerson was arrested last May on burglary, voyeurism and drug possession charges after police say he was prowling around a neighborhood with a camera when he decided to look into the window of firefighter Ireneusz Fajkis' house.

Fajkis spotted Parkerson and administered a rough beatdown, leaving the alleged peeper with bumps and bruises throughout his face.

It was unknown whether Parkerson has an attorney.
