Three Men Arrested for North Miami Beach Kidnapping: Cops

The kidnapping occurred on Wednesday

Three men were arrested for kidnapping a man in North Miami who owed their associate money, police said Friday.

David Hom, 43, Guillermo Rodriguez, 38 and Francisco Rey, 27, were arrested and each faces charges of kidnapping, armed robbery and false imprisonment. It wasn't immediately known if they had attorneys.

On Wednesday at 3 a.m. the man was taken against his will from Billy's Pub Too at 732 NE 125th Street and was driven to a North Miami Beach home, where his wallet was stolen, police said.

The man spoke over the phone to the associate, to whom he owed money. Once he agreed to pay the money, he was released and he called authorities.
