The self-professed white supremacist accused of killing three people at two Jewish centers in Kansas this weekend could face the death penalty. Frazier Glenn Cross, 73, was charged Tuesday with capital murder, laying the groundwork for a possible death penalty case should prosecutors seek it. In addition to the count of capital murder for the deaths of a 14-year-old boy and his grandfather outside a Jewish Community Center, Cross was charged with one count of premeditated murder for allegedly gunning down a woman at a nearby Jewish seniors' home. Cross appeared disheveled and in a wheelchair in court, where his bail was set at $10 million.
