It was a cool start to the morning Sunday in South Florida but a warmer afternoon was expected with temperatures reaching back into the upper 70s.

High pressure has regained control and will leave dry air and plenty of sunshine. Mostly clear skies will prevail overnight with temperatures not as chilly.  Overnight lows will reach the lower 60s.

High pressure sticks around for quite a few days leaving dry air and stable conditions. A warming trend is expected throughout the work week with temperatures reaching the lower 80s again by Tuesday. Mostly sunny skies will stay until Thursday when there will more humidity in the air. Warm temperatures in the 80s stick around through next weekend.
