Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, the not-your-average-burrito joint, is opening its doors at their newest location in Downtown Dadeland, and they want you to be a part of the fiesta.
The local chain, which began as a hole-int-the-wall on Alton Road, opens its sixth location in South Florida and they're doing it with a huge block party.
"The subject matter the Amigos for Kids support is amazing, it's incredibly sad stories and what they do is just life saving," said owner John Kunkel. "I think it's an easy cause to support and it's going to be a great event for them and we hope to raise a lot of money through our silent auction and donations."
The fresh Mexican restaurant will also donate a portion of their first month's sales to the non-profit organization that dedicates their time to preventing child abuse and neglect. April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month and Amigos for Kids will be at the block party promoting their "There's NO Excuse For Child Abuse" campaign.
You can indulge in free food, drinks, and live entertainment Thursday, April 22nd at their newest location: 9005 S.W. 72nd Place, across the street from Dadeland Mall. All the fun starts at 5:30 p.m. Call 305.670.1022 for more info.
