Broward Sheriff's Office detectives are investigating a shooting in Dania Beach.
The shooting happened on the 300 block of east Sheridan Street at 12:30 pm. According to BSO, an adult male was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital with apparent gunshot wounds. He was categorized as a trauma alert.
The circumstances that led to the shooting are not yet clear.
