One man is dead and a woman is injured after their scooter crashed into a car in Miami.
Police said it appears the male driver of the scooter may have lost control and crashed into a car on the 79th Street Causeway around 5 p.m.
According to Miami Fire Rescue, the man died at the scene. His female passenger was transported to Ryder Trauma Center with unspecified injuries.
A woman and two-year-old child in the vehicle were not injured in the crash.
