Two children were hospitalized in two separate crashes in the same area on I-95 in Deerfield Beach Sunday.
Both accidents happened in the northbound lanes of I-95 near Southwest 10th Street.
The first accident was a single vehicle rollover crash in which a young child was ejected, Florida Highway Patrol officials said. The child was airlifted to Broward Health Medical Center.
The second crash involved four cars and sent a child between 10 and 14 to the hospital, officials said. The children have non-life threatening injuries, officials said.
The cause of both crashes was unknown.
