A man at a tire Miami shop has been airlifted to a local hospital after he was shot six times by another customer after an altercation over wheels, police said.
The shooting incident happened around noon at Central Tire Corporation, located at 8275 N.W. 74th St in Medley in northwest Miami-Dade County.
The suspected shooter, who has not been identified, is currently in police custody. No charges have been filed yet.
Police said the two men are truck drivers, but didn't know each other before the run in.
The45-year-old victim was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital and is alive, but his condition is unknown.
