A man is in critical condition after losing control of his car and ended up driving in to a canal.
According to police, the incident happened overnight. The man, who is in his 60s, was traveling westbound on 595, when he got off to get on Northbound I-95.
For unknown reasons, the car overturned and fell into a canal.
The victim was taken to the hospital, where he is in critical condition.
Officials said the roads were wet but it’s unclear if it was raining at the time.
