Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of human remains in Pompano Beach Sunday afternoon.
According to the Broward Sheriff's Office, the remains were discovered at 1825 Northwest 3rd Street.
The decomposing remains were sent to the Broward County Medical Examiner office for identification.
No other information was immediately known.
