A man was struck and killed by a Tri-Rail train in Oakland Park Wednesday, authorities said.
The incident happened on the tracks near Northwest 38th Street and Powerline Road around 4 p.m., Broward Sheriff's Office officials said.
Officials said it's believed the man was lying on the tracks when he was struck. A bicycle was seen nearby.
Tri-Rail was experiencing delays due to the incident, which remains under investigation.
No other information was immediately known.
