Miami Police are calling the drowning of an elderly man in Biscayne Bay an accident.
The body was recovered Tuesday morning along Southeast 15 Road and Brickell Bay Drive.
A passerby spotted the body floating in the water and called police, authorities said.
They have not released the name of the victim.
Fire rescue recovered the body and found a walker nearby along with a Walgreens shopping bag and personal items.
A neighbor told police that the man was disabled and handicapped.
No foul play is suspected at this time, but police are still investigating.
